We were sold an expensive plan by Airtel’s sales agent RICHARD which comprised of 4 postpaid numbers, 1 DTH and 1 fibre net.
Till date the DTH has not been installed and additionally, the 3 numbers are not linked to the parent number despite regular follow ups and calls to customer care.
Every time I was asked to pay outstanding amount on the child numbers and promised it will be linked in few hours of time frame.br...
