Outgoing/incoming service activation for mobile no.[protected]. Have u initiated any penal provision for customers failing to recharge after expiry of incoming facility? Should we explain our inability to recharge on-time? U r arbitrarily prescribing recharge plans conforming to ur commercial interests. Hope to resolve the issue at the earliest....

2 days ago someone deducted money by fraud from my account. He said name is deepak sharma. He called as airtel customer service to me to return my refund but instead he deducted money from a atm bank in gurgaon in his yess bank. Amount 4499 ₹. I request everyone on internet who is reading this please never share your otp or bank info to anyone. No matter what.

Broadband not working and no response for my service request

I have had the worst experience with airtel broadband service (Landline#[protected]. It’s been 5 days i have complained (Sr#[protected] of net not working in my airtel app and sent email to nodal officer. No use, one technician they just called and said to restart my modem, but no use and he said he will call back in ½ hour. But, no one turns up and later don’t pick up the call. Charges me incorrect late fee

My due date used to be in 1st week around 5-7 day of every month. This time the due date was preponed to 28th may for the bill period ending 17th may. Last bill i paid was on 7th may 2020. Why is it so? I have missed the date and now they would charge late fee in next bill. Can it be considered for payment as before and no late fees to levied on my next bill.

Broadband Speed Scam

Airtel has successfully cheated me for more than year. Paying Rs.800 per month for broadband from Airtel is an utter waste let me assure everyone because all I get is a terrible speed of hardly 2mbps. What nonsense is this? When I should get around 16mbps all I get is 2??? And their customer care is the worst. No help at all, takes 10 minutes just to get to talk to someone, and they keep transferring the call only to end up with a person...

I recharged twice for 649 international roaming from usa to india calling on 28/05/2020 3:10 pm edt (29/05/2020 12:40 am ist). Amount is deducted from bank but i don’t see any successful recharge message from airtel....

I am using fast tag no 34161fa820328aa20294df80 since 27.11.2019
Now despite a balance of rs. 895.36 my fast tag is blocked and is not working
At toll plaze. Despite sending so many messages to them as advised by them they did not respond even calling at no [protected] a huge no of time they did

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 508 (50 rs voucher applied) on 28th may 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

My broadband bill plan is constantly being delayed and rejected. They have made me wait for months. Every time i talk to 121 they tell me it will be done within 72 hours, then they tell it will be done within 2 weeks, then they tell again 2 weeks. And then they say that it’s not feasible at the moment since there is no fiber wire available.
