payment made from virtual debit card but got cancelled and amount not reflected back in my account

I made a payment of uppcl electricity bill on niki app for rs 2457.06/- through virtual debit card of airtel payments bank but my transaction got failed due to some reasons and the app showed that my payment is refunded successfully (Vide the refund reference id is [protected]) but it is not reflecting in the my wallet yet...
So can you please check that why the amount is not credited back in my account and till when can i expect it...

dth provider

Hello sir,

I want to file complaint against my current dth service provider (Airtel). Complaint is regarding availability of certain hd (High definition) channels like mtv hd+, mtv beats hd, vh 1 hd.

Similarly, there are other hd channels from star network like nat geo wild hd.

When i asked their senior manager about unavailability of these channels they told they don't have these channels currently....

airtel secure - claim rejection one sided

I am having airtel secure insurance policy for my handset and on 18th jan'2019, accidentally my handset screen & back was broken. unauthorised mobile changing and not providing selected channels

Airtel dth has unauthorisedly removed my registered mobile no with them on 3rd feb 2019 without assigning any reason. I tried to contact on coustomer care no but got no responce as every time i got a reply that all the executives are busy and calls got disconnected. Morever as per trai guidelines i selected the package option through its platform but the same is not provided to me....

sim portability from idea to airtel

I have ported [protected] from idea to airtel; it was troublesome right from the beginning. The airtel executive (Took it from airtel store, opposite to boat club). After 48hrs completed that idea network lost and airtel sim is not at activated. I've done a recharge of amount 399 on 21- feb-2019 at 12.53 p. M. Here after 30 hours those benefits yet to be credited to my number.

All follow-ups with airtel customer care were unsuccessful. I haven't received those benefits yet. Airtel customer care representatives denied to refund my money and acted like i've no other option apart from waiting as they already have my money with them....

unable to register my dth customer id to my registered mobile number

Hi,

I am not sure, whether this is going to reach the correct, but still, i have taken a new connections and got the customer id [protected].

I am not able to add this customer id to recharge, also it is not visible in tv as you have mentioned in website.

I have raised to nodal officer for last 3 days, but no response, no courtesy on responding....

unable to recharge under prepaid after converting from postpaid

So, i've converted my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid one week ago. The postpaid services got cut off 4 days ago. And i haven't been able to recharge my phone since then. I;m facing issues like:

1. Failed recharge
2. Airtel app error: something went wrong while processing request.

I'm able to recharge for other numbers of my family members using the same app but it wouldn't let me recharge mine....

airtel network issue at b. p. road, bhayander east

I had complained to airtel regarding continuous network issue at b. P. Road, kharigaon, bhayander east.
They are aware that issues are there but they are not willing to invest in improvement and let go customers if they want.
So please take this matter seriously otherwise i have method to port my number to any other good network company in our area....

From my airtel prepaid number i checked on *121# for recharge plans and got an offer saying @ rs.92 6 gb data 28 days validity but after recharge i got just 7days validity. Customer care says we cant do anything. Airtel is mentioning wrong recharge plans on *121# and misleading customers. It says *121# is wrong number but its totally working with airtel showing correct balance validity other info, and if so then airtel must notify about wrong...

not able to select channels of my choice from last 3 weeks

new pack channel system

Trai introduce new channel system for dth tv which is cumbersome and difficult to understand. Airtel is not responding phone calls and emails. No proper guidance how to make own pack as their mininimum pack is more then 300 rs month which costing me 600 rs per year then old pack which i was paying. After choosing pack you have to scan qr code which is to be scanned by downloading app of qr code. Why such things? It is nothing but harrasment....
