After trai new rules, i have choosen even 3 times my new package and channels list via their my airtel app, but till now no one is activated and money keeps on decreasing from account.
I have called on 12150 no. But call waiting time is more than 5 minutes but even waiting for 20 minutes no one answered..
I am tired from airtel digital tv..
I have choosen new pack 1 time on 31 jan and 2 times after that..

not cooperating with my enquiries

sim activation not completed

I have port my airtel sim ([protected]) from mumbai to maharastra on date 21jan 2019, now old sim is dectivated and i have inserted new sim and validation is also done for new sim, but sim is not started after 5 hrs and during varification cumtomer care told me it will activiated within 30 min and after 5 hr i have called customer care but they told me your sim will activate after 24 hr we cannot resolve your issue from here and we can not...

tv got blacked out dth i'd -3008793007

As per trai rules, i have selected the channels on 28th january 2019 which i got reference id #139972. Still my tv got blacked out on 2nd feb 2019 at 3 pm. Once again i selected the channels using channel #998 and send sms as per instruction using qr code. Still it's been more than 24 hrs tv got blacked out. Customer care is been saying it will come with in 2-3 hrs....

Network is so unstable. When I am talking in call, or watching a video or playing an online game, it suddenly stops or disconnects because of your ### network. ac debited but number not recharge

And I also talked to my bank they clear that payment has been debited to merchant .

airtel wallet fraud

Airtel money fraud has occurred. Rs 3469/- has been deducted from my Airtel wallet over 3 transaction.

I tried to raise to Airtel customer care. But no use they ask me to complain to cyber police station.

Kindly help on this.

money deducted but recharge not completed

I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 2nd feb 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference [[protected] ]and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[[protected]] of rs. 399. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Pathetic response from airtel dth in implementation of new plans submitted to them well in advanced.

Even to the regular and old customer of almost 10 years or so. No wonder if they loose their market share if continued in this fashion for long.

They are insisting their plans over customers selected plans and not confirming selected plans even after deadlines is passed....

I have been complaining o[censored]nable to use data on airtel frequently. It has been so many months now. But they deny to fix the problem. They are not even ready to understand. all channel disconnected without intimation

As per TRAIL rule I have selected the channel required. Yesterday around 6.20 PM entire dish connection was disconnected and it show error code 4.When I contacted Airtel customer care they informed it will take 48 hrs to resume channels. As they are updgradting as per new TRai plans. No intimation is given to customer before doing such upgradation. Very poor response of Airtel service... Really feedup with the service of Airtel digital......

money deducted recharge unsuccessful for my prepaid airtel number
