I am currently on 3gb/day data plan.
Every night after 12:am my data pack renews and give me 2.7gb instead of 3gb.

This is happening from past 3 months.

Immediately after that i refresh my account and i see 2.7/gb data available out of 3gb. There is no account for missing data. Even though i don't...

My simcard had lifetime validity but suddenly it stoped outgoing with notice that your validity has ended
How can u stop my outgoing and also incoming when it was for lifetime validity.
I still have balance in my sim so it cant be due to insufficient balance.
Kindly resolve my grievance lest i have to take legal recourse and port out of airtel services....

Airtel's my airtel application sucks,
It's been around 4 months, every time i try to make a payment via this # app,
It throws me an error saying 'circle id is null'.
I am just amazed where the hell is these airtel organization's people living, not sure whether they live on this planet called earth. Why are they not fixing this up? This has affected, from last two months, i am paying an extra charge...

I had requested for relocation of airtel dth on 03rd april 2018 from banaswadi to akshayanagar. They had to fix it on 05th april 2018 at the new place. Disconnecting was done promptly. The new place could have only 1 dth connection. Since i had tatasky. I opted to disconnect airtel. I had issue with transferring the airtel fixed line connection too. I have last recharged my dth [protected] for rupees 235/- on 09 oct, 2018 for a period of one month. Now today is 30th ict, 2018 & not even 20 days passed, sine three days message comes deposit money /recharge dth by rs - 200 otherwise your viewing dth will be stopped and its happen today, i was looking important news on it is suddenly stopped. Today also i have recharged today. Kindly look into it and solve my problems which is regular happening....

There is delayed in recharge process so i have recharged two times thinking of failed rechrge but after 2 hrs both the recharge has been done now i want money back of one recharge because both of them are of same specifications except few difference in number of days

I recharged both my airtel sims with paytm just 4 days back but now it shows that the available balance is na and I cant use the internet or make calls. This has happened to me previously as well when my plan got over before the validity period ended

I have not subscribed to any such service. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and please look into this matter as the customers are suffering greatly and are being cheated....

My prepaid mob. No:[protected], every time i am recharging call and mobile data. It is observed “airtel network” is not working and network is very very slow and very poor and very bad.in this regard i was approached local air tel service centre at mg road branch at vijayawada. But, there is no use. So, please rectify net work speed. And i wish you may please be reply back to me. Thanking you.....

Hi there i rupali tushar ghadge phone no. ([protected]) had just recharge the plan given by airtel of rs 119 for 28 days with unlimited call and 1 gb for month offer. But messages come on my phone it is written as this offer for 12 days only. This is not the as plan was offer.
It should be for 28 days.
So plz, check it and do the needful.

I did not use any of games world pocket and 20rs deducted from my balance. Why you do like this and cheat customer. Please return my balance. I m very old customer of airtel. I trust you and hope you will resolve my problem soon. I just wanted to know why you have charged 20rs from my mobile balance. I assur you that i havent purchase any games pocket world. I had recharged my account balance (Mob. No.: [protected]) on 28/10/2018 @ 23:13:15 with a rs.499 pack through my airtel app. The cheque no. / taxation id for the same is[protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank account but has not reflected on my airtel prepaid account balance. I have attached a screenshot of the bank account statement. Dear airtel
I want to complaint about your airtel store employees which is situated in saraswati colony near deepshree bakery baran road kota rajasthan -324001. So recently i visited the airtel store because i want to upgrade my 2g sim card to 4g.
So i went there and asked for new sim card and the procedure then they tell me that you have to give a charge of rs 30 for the sim upgrade but i already asked earlier about the same...

Hii this is diksha i yesterday called airtel customer care no. 121 and my conversation done with zaid shaikh which is artel executive after that late night he msg me on whatsapp and saying about frndship and all that when i told him that i lodge a complaint then he block me. Though i never subscribe to this service. Even i did not hear about the service before. Then why did they deduct 20 rupees without letting me know?

My incoming and outgoing calls got barred from airtel. They said you need to submit documents. I went to submit documents but they didn't take it instead of that they provided a duplicate sim card with my aadhar details. They said it will be activated within 4 hrs but even after repeated calling customer care it took 8 - 10hrs to get activated. Reason given servers not working. Then again after a day incoming calls got barred without any...
