I sended rupees 2000 through airtel payments bank, to koushik lohar in to his mobile number [protected], but the amount didn't credited to his account, and it's also showing pending to my account as well.

So, i'm requesting you please rectify the transaction error.

I appreciate all of the staffs' support at airtel store shop no.19, located in palm spring plaza, gurgaon. However, i cannot endure the terrible behavior and attitude of mr. Hitesh khanna, store manager. He must learn what the customer satisfaction is from his assistants (=staffs). I'm afraid to take a photo of him, but for not to repeat the same feeling to the other customers, i attach the photo of him. Hope he will re-start from the study...

We have been shifted from vodaphone to airtel since in our area airtel was having good signal strength. For the past one week signal went down and we have only one bar strength in our mobile. We are not able to talk or not able to play online games.

I hope nearby tower is down and it was not up due to poor maintenance.

Please reply and take necessary actions to resolve this issue

I writing this email to let you know that even though the bill has been paid, my incoming services have been stopped.

Customer service was called a few days ago and they had acknowledged that the payment has been received, still today i received an automated call mentioning that the incoming services have been stopped.

Please note i raised compliant via phone on 13.09.2018 that i am facing network issue from past 45 days for the 4g home wi-fi - booked under [protected]

Till date no one had visited home to fix the issue why network is falling and i can not work on my laptop // can not take call on my mobile [protected].

Only telephonic assurunce given engineer...

I have complaint many times regarding ny 4g speed. But till date it is jot solved. I am jot able to open any page on internet from 6 months and also faving call dropping issues.
After so many complaints no one has attened nor solved my problems. I dint expect this type of service from airtel. I am customer of airtel from 10 years. But dint face this type pf issue and service from your side.

Based on my complaint a service engineer has come to my home and take necessary steps to work broadband. But without my concerned he reduce the broadband speed from 24mbs to 2mbs. I have recharged with 1500 for my Airtel DTH on 18 see and it says "Your airtel digital tv 3018**** online recharge txn ID 18091***** of Rs 1500 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference." And when I check the status using txn I'd it says failed the money was deducted from my bank account, when will I get refund...

It was first time for me to used this airtel simcard n i don't have any idea what going on with this, yesterday when i activated my simcard they said only 30 minutes so i give mor
E than that its about 12hrs and i recharged 100+199 but when i check there is no balance but when i tried to calling it doesn't works n you know i loss money please help me on that and i never find such kind of problems with other connection only this company...

With regards, i want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with ni reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. Thos company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

I had a hdfc smart pay setup to recharge my airtel number with rs. 100 every month. I don't know how but airtel manages to deduct money from my account without me noticing it. They send you a lot of spam messages and among those messages, some message will say that "thanks for choosing musiclate on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs. 99.0 for 30 days. A/c balance: rsxxx at 00:48. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.

Airtel's false promise about internet speed and network, after recharging with 399rs pack for 84days on 12/09/2018, order no.[protected] for my mobile no. [protected]. Unable to use internet due to poor speed, and very poor voice call quality. They looted me and my money and time got wasted. My work got affected due to this worst network. I need refund/resolve for this asap.

After so many complaints and follow i am too much disappointed from airtel about network & internet speed problem. I am facing this problem from last 7 to 8 month but no any corrective action taken from airtel team.Call drop problem voice breakage problem in Pimpri chinchwad. very very worst network, Day by day its becoming worst, airtel company is just fooling the customer by saying open network and all... & fake adds are shown on TV with...

I got a message on[protected] evening that Rs. 20 deducted from your account for Airtel Prime Zone service, but I did not activated this type of service. Return my deducted balance immediately otherwise I will lodge a complaint against Airtel company....

I did a prepaid recharge of 448rs on number [protected] from myAirtel app on 19th September, 2018 10:05AM. My myAirtel app is linked with number [protected]. Recharge is unsuccessful. I got messages like:

1. I am having more than 150+ numbers under this account. I am having two types of plans. (3g @ rs. 99 and another 2g @rs. 35/20)
2. I had requested 24 numbers @99 plan and the person from airtel sales team allocated those number to me with the understanding that plan should be 99/month.
3. Once bill came in, i found that i have been charged @rs. 299 for 24 numbers
