I manish kumar verma postpaid customer of airtel having no. [protected] facing lots of network issue while surfing internet. The 4g is totally down and i am not able to access the internet.

In this regard i registered a complaint with ref no 87366725 dated 30.08.18 and it is assured by the representative that the problem will be solved within 4 days.

My Airtel number is[protected]. I am facing always network problem on this and I also made many complaints regarding this to the customer care of Airtel but they didn't helped me. I cannot make calls and the internet speed is too slow.this network problem of my number I am facing from 4 months. This network problem I am facing is not only in my number this is in the whole area where I live so please as fast as you can help us please help...

I was given a 4ghotspot wifi device with a sim and after varification as per adharcard, i started using it w. E. F.25 jan.2018. It was working fine and its charges were paid in time all through. The sim is alright and is working with another simple airtel dongal. Since the device is not working, i am not being able to use 4g and wifi. This4g hotspot device may be changed....

I've been using airtel for over 2 years, i bought a 4g phone recently and for some days 4g network was consistent and internet speed was great. But now it just loses network in 5 mins and comes back.. Which is why i cannot use internet in a proper manner and am absolutely fed up of this and its frustrating.
Solve this or i might port to some other service provider....

Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza service has been activated on dated 08th aug 2018 without any previous notice. But i didn’t activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person.

I stopped the service dated 10th aug 2018 to avoid the renewal of the service.

Myself komal makwana. Airtel representative mr viren patel came to provide me new connection. By mistake he got 30, 003 rs from on 16th aug 2018 and he told me that he will make refund within 15 days. His madam ms. Ekta also told me for refund. But still this moment they aren't responding me. People should be responsible to reply their customers. They are avoiding me.
Pls give me refund as soon as possible.

About unknown bill payment call and sms come in my mobile number for about 4-5 years. My name "shyamal kapri"my voda mobile number [protected],

I say to the customer care caller candidate this is wrong number, again they call and sms. It is going above 4-5 years.
So sir please kindly lookup the matter....

I have taken one airtel dongle at lucknow against return of tata docomo dongle and received above numbered sim. I have not started at lucknow and brought it to delhi. Today on 9/4/2018 before 12 pm aritel deducted 99 rupees from my phone, i didn't subscribe to any service, i hate this. Refund my money as soon as possible. I had closed airtel landline account in the month of july as the landline could not be transferred to my new location. I have moved to bangalore two weeks past.
