I want to switch airtel postpaid to prepaid. When i visit airtel store they refused to do so as my number is only 1 month old. Then i call customer care to disconnect my number. Again again i post request to disconnect and they themself close my request. Help me asap or i will switch to other service provider. My number is [protected]. My request number is 85198848...

For last 3 days friends in my contact list received calls from my number and when they answered the call some one else is on call. And the strange thing is that i at that very time did not make any call. This has happened 4 time with me and 2 times with my wife also having airtel connection and my mother also an airtel subscriber. Call centre agents are of no help and are useless....

I am from kolkata. Now working in sultanpur, up. From last 6 days my sim stop working not even mine all roming sim stop working. I called customer care but no response. 6 day without your permanent contact number means lot. I get my flipkart item undelivered because no network. Lost a job opportunity because i can't receive call where i just join a interview and not able to receive confirmation call. Travel 50 km to swap sim card because...

Whats the hell is this. Fitonza i have never activated any services like this. Without any confirmation why did u diduct my balence.. 35 rs... Who is going to pay me now... I need my balence back.. Such a # services are neccessary for me.. Solve this issue asap and refund my balence amount deducted.. Its not fair to cheat the people in the name of these services...

From past three days a lot of network issue and no signal even now am using ma cousins jio WiFi and sending this complaint and I saw the complaints count and understood u are just spending on Airtel girls commercial than putting up proper towers and things ... Starting to hate Airtel ..it's not my airtel it's just your Airtel for money not services . Am in hospital with ma mom who is not well and ur signal is gone ... ppl with emergency situation...

I applied for a new broadband connection in ip extension, delhi. I chose 40 mbps plan (Rs. 899 plan) and i online deposited the advance rental of rs. 5428 against the cef number 11162114 on 6th may-2018.

But now after making payment your representative is telling that this much speed is not available in my area.

The representative is also picking the phone after making payment. I called 2 times to the customer...

This is very shame full matter for a reputed company airtel. If you believe that your company network is excellent than others companies than why your call center executives calling us continuously every half an hour... My number was deducted of rs 99 this morning. I do not want international roaming rental on my airtel number.
Airtel arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services.

I do no want any international roaming or international service.
I want to be out of your default balance deduction schemes.

This complain is about airtel internet services (Dated[protected]. I had used nearly 440 mb with 559 mb still remaining a balance of rs.42 was deducted from my account claiming that my data is over at 9:35 am. I had nearly rs 58 balance and currently the balance is rs 16. It still shows 559 mb data left.

I want a complete refund of rs 42 for phone number : [[protected]]...

Now few days i received many massages from "a$-tfarot" related to information of calls and massages deduction with duration (As same as when any call or massage occured). But in those moment i was sleeping or not handling my phone. So i am little worried about that who called or sent massages. I hv upgraded to a new 4g sim from 3g. Then got the sms that my new sim card is ready. Now, the problem is that my new sim card is showing signal but no incoming, out going, internet facility is working. Again and again i m receiving the sms that your services have been set. Please restart your handset. Please help.

Airtel team[protected] morning i want to try add 96 rs money to my airtel wallet through pnb net banking but transection is unsuccessful and amount is deducted is my bank account. I want my refund my amount immediately. So take a matter priority base. Also attached screenshot for proof. Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be sent....

Hi guys, airtel have started unlimited packs like jio..
But this is really not great plan by them..
They have condition through which u pay more than jio packs

I had done 199 one month, 28 days..
But after that next day they deducted 400 rs just for one day internet. Which i was totally unaware that 28 days are over..

So i had to pay 400 for one day.. Wer jio gives 400 for 84 days..
