My incoming call services stopped working abruptly on 14 feb. When i try calling airtel regarding this issue, they just keep giving me new resolution times, 24 hours, 48 hours, 4 hours. I am unnecessary suffering for airtel's mistakes & facing terrible business loss.

Before incoming calls, my data pack stopped working for couple of days even though my device always used to show 4g signals.

I am terribly frustrated...

I added around 600 in my airtel wallet like normal wallet, i am not able to use that amount. I am not able to recharge even. As per their suggession i converted my wallet account into payment bank also.
After registering for bank account i am struggling for my money which is locked in this worst kind of wallet. Completely unsatisfied with such service. I complained also on airtel but still their worst service for which they are famous...

Airtel gave me shock. I was wondering how the gamepind service got activated without my permission. I am the only who uses my mobile and i tried to contact customer care, but no use. No one is helping me how to resolve this issue. Service has been activated twice today and i got deducted from my prepaid account of 60 rupees. Only 2g works better and rest 3g and 4g data connectivity of airtel at bypass road, padarpally area in nellore is almost nil and irritating one. From evening 5pm to midnight it's just rubbish. I just put 25, 000 tanzanian shillings on my account on tuesday. The service worked fine and everything seemed to be loaded properly. 25, 000 shillings for 15gb for 30 days. It has been 2 days and now i am getting zero service on friday. I have tried to check my balance and get a blank text message. I want my credit please.

I done a recharge for international romaing of 1199 on 15 th feb, 2018, i done recharge after consultation of airtel staff, she told about the recharge for international romaing but that recharge is not valid for kajakistan. I write this complaint to inform you that customers don't get network coverage at Pampa, (sabarimala) during the off-season. Even though there is mobile tower the mobile company deliberately cutting the network. During the Sabarimala off-season thousands of pilgrimage uses the airtel network for there communication....

On the end of sept.2017 or start of oct.2017 received a offer call from [protected] (Speaking from airtel) that if i port the sim no. [protected] (Vodafone) to airtel, any defective or damaged mobile of mine will be replaced within next 7 to 10 days, after porting.
I agreed and porting was done but after waiting and sending sms, calling the person who offered, later on sending request mails to airtel nodal team till date i did not receive...
