not refunding money to bank which was sent to airtel payments bank

I have an account of airtel money with account no. [protected]. I already have another airtel payment bank account . And the account name i used is my 2 year old sister's name . She does not have any documents . Neither am i willing to continue that account . So they informed me that they can close the account and send the fund to the source bank from whuch it was received . Airtel — Unable to recharge airtel prepaid number from day 1

no service still getting charged

I have got this my number from airtel 2 months back.. M not getting single sign of network availability still they are giving me one after another bill. So many time i went to their store for cancellation but they are not willing to help.
Everytime they just say, you need to complete 90-120 days. If i getting not any service n you ppl are charging me why the question of minimum days arrive.
I just want them to investigate about...

airtel payments bank - no debit allowed for this account

Hi,

I am facing the issue that I have 8000 rupees loaded in my airtel account.
When I was loading the amount, I did not receive the notification that account is frozen but when I try to make a payment it says the debit cannot take place.

Kindly revert back the charges to my credit card back. I feel this is lack of information communicated to the customer.
Had a very bad experience.

airtel very poor response

Iam terribly upset on the request made by me on 26 dec 2017 and still open as on date (Almost one month).

I don't get any proper response and have been shuffled from one number to another number to know status and complaint. Very painful

not able to receive sms / cant receive or dial calls

I have been using the same number for five years; now i am not able to receive sms / frequently can’t receive nor make calls. This has been reported since over 2 weeks, there seems to be no cure. Airtel has changed my sim twice, i am not able to carry out banking work / and have lost credibility with my customers who can’t get in touch with me. There is no one to sort out this except getting calls from call centers speaking like parrots...

to revert the recharge of 448 on another airtel number

wrong information in airtel app & airtel customer care executive

After recharging (15.11.2017) with airtel prepaid 399/- with e-recharge, airtel app shown the validity 84 days but 20.01.2018 (67 days) at noon call facility is over, how is it possible???
On this day (20.01.18) when i contact the customer service executive, they (Senior & junior) are given me different type of answers. Please look into this matter. Thanking you....

The amount got deducted from the account however i received the message as recharge failed.

regarding airtel money

I have loaded money into my airtel money wallet. But when i am trying to use that money for bill payment, it is saying debit from this account has been disabled. When i called customer care they are telling that i have to send the photocopy of my pan card and aadhar card and they then they will allow me to use that money. Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 76 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.
