airtel sim not working after changing the sim to the same number

My airtel number is [protected]. I changed my old sim and got the new sim of the same number. After a day i could see the signals showing in both the sims. But the new sim is not working (No incoming, no outgoing). The old sim, i am able to do outgoing calls but no incoming calls. The dialers are getting busy and not reachable message when dialing to my number. Please resolve this issue asap as i need to make some urgent calls....

payment issue through my airtel app

Dear sir,
My airtel no. Is [protected]. I had installed your my airtel app and add money in wallet but when i tried to make payment through my airtel app it shows that you can send money only upto rs. 0 in to bank account as of now.
I also visited at your store but they didn't gave me any relevant answer. Now tell me where should i go?
Kindly resolve the issue asap....

Messages are not getting sent in my mobile, if i call customer care, there is no proper reply from customer care.
Though i set smsc number +[protected]in my moto e4plus android mobile, messages are not being sent

If i go to local airtel office vikarabad, even there is no proper response and they are asking me to either take new sim and demanding rs 100 for new sim. Or go to hyderabad for solving my problem.

poor internet services for 448/- pack

I'm a long customer of airtel, from past 3 months i'm not getting a proper signal at all for using the internet. I thought to switch to another service because of it's poor service but when the pack is about to expire in 3 days again it worked very well so i've renewed the pack with 448/-. Again i'm facing the same issue. Kindly resolve the issue asap, getting frustrated with the worst service from such renowned network....

airtel payment bank not allowing to use my money.

I have loaded 1417 rupees in my airtel payment bank account of no. [protected] but m unable to use it. It always give error "debit from this account not allowed" whenever i try to transfer any amount to my bank account or if try to rrecharge or anything. When i visited airtel store they told me that they can't do anything regarding airtel money n told me to call 400 but that customer care no. Has no option to talk to customer care executive......

prepaid to postpaid family offer, waiver for the child number

All the above mobile nos. Were on prepaid for more than 10 years.
Airtel office at bannerghetta road bangalore offered me post paid offer
Converting from prepaid to post paid where in child no. Will get waiver monthly charges. But so far, i have to fight for this waiver every month.
Fed up with the customer services i have opted revert back to prepaid connections...

suspension of tv account

My airtel digital tv account was suspended on 25th dec after that i had done recharge of rs120 after the recharge my tv account balance is 134. But my account shows suspended due to low balance. After that i had speak to there customer executive they told me your service will not resume because you have to recharge ur tv with minimum rs150. They didnt resume my tv due to low balance according to them instead of having rs134 in my tv account....

refund of security deposit for disconnection of broadband

I have disconnected airtel broadband on nov 8 of 2017. To refund 880 rupees they told they need 50 days. Even after 50 days, they are asking for again 20 more days to refund.

I lost patience as i have called and mailed many times to refund..

I think airtel is in debit... They need to pay loans to banks or what with my 800 rupees..?

Airtel is behaving like a beggar......

network quality in jitter

I am from northeast india, Imphal east.I have been using airtel like 4-5 years and more including my different no.Infact, all my family member uses airtel only. For a very long time, 4g coverage was very bad. It was fixed recently(I think ). I get the speed a normal 4g user would get. But it is very unstable. I measured the ping through speed test .it was awesome, but the high jitter put the network to a different level. It's all messed up....

failed to move to prepaid

amount debited but not credited in beneficiary account

Rs. 9000 debited from my account while making a transaction through upi vpa address. The amount still not credited into the beneficiary bank account. Contacted the beneficiary bank but they are not able to trace the transaction with the rrn number provided. Today is 9th day and still not action taken place....

misleading information about airtel dth plan

about flat 50% percent cashback offer

On 24th dec 17 network got disconnected. While talking to your help line numbers, they told to remove the sim and switch on and repeatedly told by many of members connected through help line numbers.
On 25th, even calls could not be made. When visited your airtel show room at pondicherry uzhavarkarai, they told sim is not working. Accordingly, i purchased new sim by giving aadhaar details. At the show room they told it will be activated...
