I had ordered for a Saree on 14th Sept, which was delivered on 19th Sept. However, the saree had a striped portion without zari border in the inside portion. This was not as per displayed image. This is absolute cheating.

I requested for a return on the same day, that is 19th Sept. (Return ID: RT[protected], mentioning the reason for the return and posting a picture of the striped portion, but the delivery boy who came to pick...

1. Order was placed for 3575 INR on 9th September for Nike shoes on Ajio application
2. Delivery date was supposed to be 15th September. This further got pushed to 18th September.
3. The Ajio customer care agreed to raise a complaint only on 18th September ( second time when I called them).
4. Until 25th September EOD, I did not get any response. I had to call them and they disconnected my call halfway through the conversation...

Today I ordered some products from ajio and my amount of 7350 got deducted from my account but when I opened my ajio app it's showing that no order placed or nothing

Bought two shoes from Ajio and returned them as I didn't like the product. They assigned this request to their third party logistics partner Shadow Fax.

An agent from Shadow Fax picked my product from my home on 2nd September 2023 he acted like he did updated the status as package picked up. Usually it takes some time to get confirmation from Shadow Fax when they picks up the order and it takes days to issue the refund....

I placed an order dated on 23rd of Aug 2023 with order no FN[protected] which was received dated on 25th Aug 2023.
