Bafel Laxmi Nagar — Bafel laxmi nagar has cheated me

I have joined english speaking advance course in bafel laxmi nagar & paid full fees of 3 months course, i.e. 6500 Rs.

I have attended classes for 1 week but did not find it useful. Trainer gossip with students all the time & many students were not satisfied with those classes. It was just waste of money & time. I have left the classes & asked for refund, trainer said "refund is not possible but you can attend your rest classes whenever you want."

but when i asked them to re attend the classes they denied.
i have called them many times but no solution found.
should i go to police or media??
Either they refund my money or allow me to attend classes in their mayur vihar center.
bafel mayur vihar head s ready to adjust but bafel laxmi nagar head is not allowing.
