I made an order dated on 4th Oct 2022, of 24 Pink Flowers with Vase to be Deliver by 5th Oct 2022 in Hisar,
firstly the order was deliver late and after so many follow ups when it was delivered the order was totally manipulated
Instead of Pink Flowers, Red rosses were added
The order was of 24 flowers but only 18 were delivered
Vase was replaced by some glass water bottle
The flowers were not fresh at all
After so many mails still there is no answer of my complaint instead people are not taking it seriously they are offering 99rs gift card against the order of Rs 1399.
This is not acceptable, I need a refund for my order as there was breech of trust and mental Harassment.
