Hi,

I had ordered a flower bouquet and balloons from www.bangaloreflowersgifts.com and paid inr 300 as midnight delivery charges for delivering the product on the same day between 23:00- 23:59. The products were not delivered by me and i wasn't able to contact them as they avoided my calls and didn't reply to my mails. When i contacted them next day they behaved very rudely and denied refunding my money for not providing the service i paid for.
