On 2nd September I ordered from this website beyoung.in, pick any 3 T-shirts for 1299. (ORDER 1914361) which was prepaid in full amount.
Expected delivery was 7th which was late and was supposed to be delivered on 8th September.
But the delivery man didn’t even call me and returned my product saying I was not present to receive the parcel.
Then I rescheduled delivery which was expected on 11th September but due to weather problem got late and was expected on 12th September. On 12th I got a sms with contact details of the delivery man so I called but he didn’t pick up so I thought he must be driving or something.
So waited for him to call but he never did so in evening I called multiple times at around 5-6 pm.
Then I checked tracking page which showed expected delivery date on 15th.
I got frustrated.
But when I checked today expected delivery date got pushed to 16th September .
What kind of sick game these people are playing .
There is no contact number on website or delivery partner to whom I can call and get some reassurance about my product.
Very low level of service for customer.
There was time when a customer was considered as king/ god .
Online people are scamming poor people like me.
Please help me get my order or at least a refund.
