Money got deducted

I order few goods through big bazaar online app my money got deducted through BHIM UPI that was 799 but the order was not confirmed and it got canceled by them ..kindly return my money.....

Refund for rs 1014

Dear sir, I make the payment of rs 1014 to purchase from big bazaronline on 11th of April 2021 8.43pm. Amount is deducted from my upi bank account but it is not added in future pay wallet. Please refund my amount to my upi account

Non refund of billed items

I placed an order for groceries on 01 may 2021 with delivery being assured the same day. Even by 12 pm on 02 May 2021, the order still showed confirmed with bigbazar and processing had not started. All this when they claim delivery within 2 hrs. I cancelled my order and refund is showing as having been initiated but it has still not reflected in my account. I have mailed them for revert but received no response....

I had my order ready through Big Bazaar online app & proceeded to make the payment using Future Pay wallet. My money got deducted & the transaction failed. It’s been more than 3 days, I’d mailed Big Bazaar as well as future Pay but there has been no response. I also raised a complaint through the app & tried to call for support but no response whatsoever from anywhere. It looks like they don’t give...

As per pincode nearest store 6km to me and I oredered and pay also but it couldn't deliver next day as telling me the long distance 12km which wrong and given me this reason store person, if big bazar not Interested to deliver than don't deliver but don't give wrong answer,

Rs. 5996 deducted instead of 1496 and the order not confirmed

I was trying to purchase a few items From BigBazaar online today 1.05.2021, 13:00 pm, I gathered 30 things in my cart totalling 1496 Rs.,
As I went to check out and paid through my debit card, I found that Rs. 5996 have been deducted.
I contacted the Helpdesk who said that the amount is not reflecting at their end. Please see the images and kindly return the unlawfully grabbed amount....

For my BigBazaar order[protected]
Paid an amount of 1004.50 using future pay wallet on 29/04/21. Order was successfully placed on the BigBazaar app and was to be delivered on the same day. After not being delivered I contacted the store next day (30/4/21) and they said my payment had failed kindly call future pay customer care. Future pay customer care number had a wait time of 90 minutes and then disconnected my call. On calling again...

Amount deducted, but order cancelled

Hi,

I had placed an online order (Order Id[protected] on 17-Apr. The transaction was authorised by the bank, however it failed on shop.bigbazaar.com.
As a result, I have not received the refund of the transaction. Request you to please look into the matter.

Not refunded after show cancelled the order

I called their customer care but switched off and also to local bigbazzar and they said my was cancelled due to techinical issues and get my refund. After 8 days also i dont received my refund. Please look into it. Details as follows

I bought a single seater recliner from Hometown for INR 17999, which was supposed to be delivered by 14th April 2021. When the order was not delivered I enquired on Hometown customer care as well as dropped email on their customer support email, 2 days later I got a call back telling me that they don't know why the order was not delivered and there was no communication on the same.
