Big2sale.com — Product booked, money paid online but not received anything | |||||
I had booked and paid through credit card for 2 nos. of new Samsung Galaxy J7 mobile phones online in big2sale.com on 14.02.2014. A confirmation mail has come saying transaction is failed. But my credit card was charged for the whole amount of 2 mobile phones. Till date neither I have received mobile phones nor got back my money. The mobile phone number +91-[protected] given as customer care number never works. 1.Get the Transaction Details (Bank Statement) from the Bank.Request your bank to provide the DISPUTE FORM.
2.Please lodge a police complaint (FIR) at your nearest police station and Submit the FIR Copy along with the BANK DISPUTE FORM to your Bank Branch.
3.Explain this details to the Police team that the www.big2sale.com is a Merchant of PAYNIMO. In detail PAYNIMO
