I had a smooth and quick experience when depositing my money on Binomo. However, things did not go as well when I decided to withdraw my funds. Even though I requested my withdrawal two days ago, I have not received any updates from customer support regarding its processing status. It's been quite frustrating, to say the least, and I can't help but feel like the platform could do a better job of making the withdrawal process more seamless. It seems like they intentionally make it difficult to get your money out.

    I noticed some transactions on my Binomo account that I did not authorize. I have tried contacting customer service to get an explanation and refund, but they have not responded. I don't know what to do next. This lack of security has made me lose trust in the platform.

      Finding problem in downloading the apk file

      I've made about eight attempts to download the Binomo apk file, but each time it's been a failure. The file consistently turns out to be corrupted and won't install correctly. It's particularly aggravating because the platform claims that downloading its app is a breeze....

      I'm really frustrated with the verification process of Binomo. It take too much time. It's not only disrupting my trading, but it's also making me doubt if this platform is right for me. I strongly urge them to improve their verification process because I'm getting tired of waiting so long.

        I have been using Binomo for the past few weeks to trade, but unfortunately, I have encountered constant app crashes and slow response times. These issues have been especially troublesome during critical trading moments, causing me to miss out on potentially profitable opportunities and even causing me to lose some money. Despite contacting the support team for advice, my issue has yet to be resolved. To say the least, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning the platform's efficiency

            Deposit issue with binomo

            Customer ID no[protected], Amount paid- 5, 000/-, Date of taken service[protected], Complaint no[protected], Reg mobile no- [protected], Reg mail id- [protected]@gmail.com, Problem status- Consumer said he was deposit 5, 000/- amount in his binomo application, but after that when he try to settled his amount in his account, then he contact in company for same but the company did not provide any resolution yet.             Binomo Withdrawal

            I've been trying to withdraw my money and they told me I had to complete a turnover or I could agree to give my 10% for a commission fee.

            I agreed to the 10% commission fee and suddenly they blocked my withdrawals and let me know I had to be in a security check and wait for a month.

            Apparently this is happening to many users and I contacted already their support team via email ([protected]@binomo.com and [protected]@binomo.com)...

            Interface is quite messy for me

            The user interface on Binomo is quite messy. It's not intuitive and can be awkward to navigate. In this day and age, I expected a more user-friendly experience. It felt like they hadn't put much effort into creating a streamlined platform that would make deposit and trading easier for all Binomo traders....

            I tried to withdraw money from Binomo

            I tried to withdraw money from Binomo many times. This is a very time consuming and tedious process. I constantly run into delays and withdrawal fees, which only add to my disappointment. If I'm paying a withdrawal fee, at least make the withdrawal process easy....

            App isn't downloading

            I have attempted to download Binomo apk file almost ten times, with every attempt failing miserably. The file always comes out to be corrupted and doesn't install properly. This is even more frustrating because the platform advertises downloading its app is incredibly easy. However, the truth is something else. This is my first time trying to trade on Binomo, and the start is unpleasant....

            Safety Concern - Is Binomo Safe?

            Is Binomo safe? I’ve heard so many stories about people losing their money on this trading app. It’s hard to know who to trust and what to believe. There are so many binomo scams out there, it’s scary. I don’t want to risk my hard-earned money on something that might not be legit. I wish there was more information available about whether Binomo is reliable and safe....
