Their customer help is not working and seems fake. Their website also seems fake. Please help me get my money back. I have attached payment receipt....

I have placed an order for Office 2021, received an email with the product key, but that doesn't work and give an error message. I have used their contact form but no help to date, Also they do not have any contact details where i can call them....

After paying 549, they sent the fake product key which is invalid/used. I cant reach them as they don't have any customer support. Can anyone share contact details?...

I paid for Office 365professional plus software 5users by paying Rs. 549 and I don't receive the same.
No reply to my mail to their support service but no reply.
When I wrote about this in their site's software comment section, within seconds it's deleted.
