I purchased an item from amazon, its wireless headphone. It has 12 months replacement warranty. But when I mail them they do not reply to any of my mails. Also amazon.in provided me wrong contact information of the company. They gave me a number to call which is located in USA and has no relation with crossbeats. I called them up and said my problem to them. They said its a different company and has no relation with crossbeats and amazon....

I have purchased crossbeats raga in amazon website and there is 1 year warranty for this product. My left ear piece stopped working and i contacted the crossbeats customer support regarding this issue. They promised to replace this product, from the past 2 months i'm waiting for the replacement, they are telling that the product has been shipped but they are not providing the shipping details.
