I have ordered the deep comfortable sofa bed in September 2014. The product I have received looks nothing like the picture from the website. The proportions are wrong, the fabric, the size of the cushions and sitting, it looks like the cheapest version they could make from the picture shown!!! Got a sofa from Royal furniture ( teak with cushion). In 2 months cushion slipped from the wooden frame and it wwas not usable. for last 5 months following up with the shop for repair. We had ordered two sofa cum bed and got delivered on 26th march in damaged condition and with different size and specification and design .

We have given them advance payment of Rs. 28000/- by internet banking + transportation charges (Rs.1678/- by cash).

After many phone calls reminder they are not ready to refund or listen anything....
