I place order for this sofa set in the end of september and received it more than 1 month later.

The received piece had 4 completely broken pieces rather than defective and the set dint look like anything in the picture. The cushions are just the normal old fashioned over-sized cushions that don't add any aesthetic appeal to it. .
Furniture mart when contacted (after too many emails and calls), requested me to get the broken pieces repaired and that the charges would be borne by them. Also they promised they would send a new set of cushions as shown in he picture.
I have been following up ever since over email and phone but no response. They hardly pick up the phone or reply to emails once the sale is done.
You'd rather pay a little extra and buy your sofa from a place where you can see and feel the quality and also have some piece of mind. Was this information helpful? |
