I tried booking the ticket from the UTS application on Dec 8th at 5:25 am from Secunderabad junction and Nizamabad junction.
I have used the payment method as a Gpay merchant account. The amount has been deducted from the account and payment was successfully done from the Gpay app. But I have not received the ticket.
When I checked with the GPay support team they informed me that payment had successfully transferred...

Hi Sir,
I tried recharging my UTS wallet by Rs 100. The money got debited from my bank account but the UTS wallet did not get credited with the recharged amount. I made the payment using UPI.
UPI transaction id :[protected].
Recharge my wallet or refund the money back to my bank account asap.

I wanted to deposit Rs.2000 in my R-wallet account. I initiated the transaction on 6th July 2023 of RS.1000, it got debited from my bank account but not credited in R-wallet.
On 6th July I again tried depositing the money again of Rs.1000 but it got debited and not credited in R-wallet.
Kindly look into the matter....

I Recharged my wallet with Rs.50 money and it has been debited from my account but in recharge history it still showing Recharge initiated wallet balance not get updated. My Account is associated with
Mobile no is [protected], UPI ID[protected]
I have contacted my bank and they confirmed that the acquirer account that is [protected]@paytm, has received the amount ....

I used my paytm for recharging R Wallet U]TS mobile app( Under IRCTC).But at first attempt money is not credited to my R Wallet.So, I had to recharge again.Later bank statement shoes money debited twice but recharge done for once.Money debitted from bank account twice but it is not credited in R Wallet for one transaction.
Kindly do the needful.

I have made transfer of 1000 rs money got debited from my account but didn't credit in my account,
ICICI Bank Acct XX268 debited for Rs 1000.00 on 10-Feb-23; IRCTC UTS credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 268 to [protected].
Pls credit money in r wallet or reverse it...

Then I added fund to my wallet and do the things.
Can you tell me when i will get back my money which are debited in first case.

100rs was deducted while recharging uts rwallet but was not credited into my uts rwallet. So i recharged again of 100 rs which was successful. But my previous transaction money was not refunded....

Today, I did rs 700 transaction to recharge my it's R Wallet via Paytm gateway using Amazon upi payment. Payment got successful instantly but R Wallet not recharged the said amount. What to do? 139 customer care number of irctc is bogus, there is no option to lodge a complaint for uts recharge failed. There is no proper customer care service in irctc.

I have booked my monthly pass, the payment is done via PAYTM, the amount is deducted but the pass is not reflecting in APP nor the payment is refunded.

I have recharged my UTS R-wallet with Rs.100on 27th April 2022 but till date its not added in my R-wallet. Money deducted from my account but wallet is not recharged. Please look into this ASAP and at least recharge my wallet or refund my money....
