I booked cab from paloncha, telangana to Attili, Andhra pradesh in online through www.cabbazar.com & cab was successfully booked with booking id:428434 & I also received acknowledge message that cab was successfully booked while booking cab I provided every detail required for the trip.cabbazar quoted amount of Rs. 3779/-(excluding toll charges) for the trip & this website asked to pay advance of Rs. 1160/- & I paid according their terms and conditions. Remaining Rs. 2619/- need to pay after the trip will complete. I received call from cabbazar of ph number:[protected] & asked me to share the live location in paloncha, telangana after the trip confirmed. 10 minutes later I received message regarding the trip details such as driver name(shiva prasad) and contact number :[protected].In that particular message, it was provided some alternative contact number:[protected]
Pickup at 5:30 pm on 28/08/2023. I booked one hour before (I.e.. Before 4.30pm).Booking was confirmed & received acknowledge message immediately at 4.28 pm and asked me to share my live location📍 in paloncha at 4.59 pm and I shared according to the requirements. 10 minutes later I received the trip details at 5.10 pm such as driver name and number, provided some alternative contact number. When the trip need to start at 5.30pm(i.e pickup time) before 5 minutes to start
my trip I called driver. He is not receiving my call and number is switched off. I contacted the alternative number, he is innocently asking that where is my pickup location in hyderabad.I'm shocked and didn't understand why he's asking. Because I also shared live location📍in paloncha their requirement & I provided details in online from paloncha, telangana to Attili, Andhrapradesh. when I'm trying to demand my trip he isn't listening to me & telling me that they provided hyderabad pickup location unable to come to paloncha. When I'm asking who provided the location in hyderabad, clearly mentioned paloncha as pickup location & destination is Attili, Andhrapradesh, he was ignored my words &saying that trip will be cancelled & disconnected the call. When I'm calling again he is not responding.I didn't ask for cancellation he himself saying that trip will cancelled. I again called to number to whom I shared my live location. He is also not responding to my call. Driver already switched off. I already paid advance of Rs. 1160/- wanted to refund it. I awaited more than an hour. How did they get back my time. They themselves said that trip will be cancelled
