Non reliable drivers & call centre’s executive. I had booked cab for Pune to Shirdi for 6 am. Cab driver was not answering the call. I raised the complaint to customer care at 7.30am, without taking my confirmation they modified the pick up time to 8.30am. Cab arrived at 8.50am. Company charges for waiting & cancellations, but what if client waits for the cab for almost 3 hours. Any compensation for that? After frequent calls manager is not ready to talk regarding this on the call, got msg that to connect to the manager you should email. Very unprofessional staff. Need to realise importance of the client’s time. Hope for the immediate action regarding this. Was this information helpful? |
