Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving one of your drivers. I hired your agency's services for our company Director's trip from Nagpur to Yavatmal, a return for a tour on 11/10/2023 which was supposed to be a pleasant and safe experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing and dangerous situation due to the actions of your driver.
On the 10th oct 2023 evening 7 PM. It was personally spoken with the owner of the car that the driver had to be sent sharp at 8:45 am to the airport but intentionally a driver reached at 9:30 AM owing to too much waiting and urgent appointments fixed at Nagpur location got canceled due to which there were severe losses.
Again with a call center person spoken on 10 th Oct .. she had clarified that the cost switched from the agency was to one travel to Yavatmal, which is 300 km and anything beyond that will be paid as per actuals. Our company had agreed to it
Therefore after leaving from nagpur suddenly the client called back which had canceled due to inappropriate behavior of the driver and delay My director requested for u turn and for which he was ready to pay extra Please note
No toll tax was charged neither they had crossed beyond 5 kms.Still the driver forced to take him to the petrol station and told her as a process there was no diesel, and he has to pay for the diesel and took money of 1500 rs which was highly unprofessional and unethical why, in spite of we paying advance to your agency, pay for diesel as well
Later then he got my director again at nagpur client location which was hardly 5 kms distance
Then he said he shall park in shade
Luckily my director had taken all belongings
After half an hr meeting when he came back, to his shock, the car and driver not there abruptly terminated the tour in the middle of nowhere, which was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. To make matters worse, he attempted to strangle me, putting my life in grave danger.

This horrifying incident amounts to theft and an assault on my director, which is a criminal offense under the law. I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of your driver, and I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect you to identify the driver in question, cooperate with the authorities, and take the necessary legal steps to address his actions.

I also insist on receiving a full refund for the tour that was abruptly terminated and for the emotional distress and physical harm I endured due to the driver's actions.

Failure to address this matter appropriately and promptly will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action against your agency for the negligence that allowed such an incident to occur.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the utmost seriousness it deserves and take the necessary actions to ensure that no other customer has to experience such a traumatic incident under your agency's services.

I request a written response from your agency within 10 days of receiving this letter to acknowledge the actions you intend to take to address this issue.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to service disruptions and we apologize for the inconvenience. As we've informed you earlier as well, the driver did leave the location because you were not agreeing to pay all the additional taxes and also was misbehaving with the driver and even abused him. However, the journey could not be completed and the service was provided for the paid amount.

We regret the dissatisfaction caused.
