Cabbazar — Driver change request not done even after 4 days of booking and paying resrvation charges

Company was requested to change driver. It was purposfully delayed and not looked at. They kept me on my tose and on their end no efforts but only attitude and arrogance all along leading me to come out of their harsh clutches. Now money taken is held without rendering services.
