During my night journey with a friend in a CabBazar taxi from Rishikesh to Delhi airport, a severe accident occurred, shattering the car's front glass into millions of cracks. Stranded on the highway, we contacted CabBazar's customer care, facing initial rudeness and a lack o[censored]nderstanding. Despite multiple calls, they couldn't offer assistance, suggesting we continue in the damaged car. Eventually, they canceled our booking, and left two girls stranded on the highway without a replacement cab or a refund. It's disheartening that a service claiming to be a leading provider failed to show humanity in such a critical situation.
You can see the attached pic, the car was not in a condition to drive yet the customers service agent insisted driver to remove the front glass and drive 250 km on the highway
