Cabbazar — Incorrect cab details shared at the time of booking

We had booked the cab from Alwar to Jaipur on 23rd Sep 2023 for the travel date of 24th Sep. We got the cab & driver details through a message and the same was showing on the app. However, at the arrival time different cab and driver arrived for the pickup.
While asking why the cab was changed w/o prior notice, the customer care executive started arguing, they didn't even realize that it was a security breach and I couldn't let my 2-year-old daughter, wife, and old age parents board the cab.
Instead of accepting the mistake the customer care executive clearly mentioned that they wouldn't refund the amount upon cancellation and on top of that during the telephone conversation they changed the cab details and showed the cab number and driver who was present at that moment.
It was complete ignorance of customer satisfaction and safety. Very bad experience.

As we've checked, the booking you've made was for a sedan and a sedan cab was re-assigned when the issue was addressed to us. Also, the Ertiga cab was assigned 1 day prior in the night and you informed us about having issue with the same on the re-scheduled pick up time because you luggage could not fit the in the sedan cab as booked. The sedan cab provided was a CNG cab and if the assured luggage space (add on service) would have been opted, the luggage could have been settled on the carrier. However, even on cancellation the booking wasn't a refundable booking (add on option was not selected) or else some amount would have been refunded in this case.

We are sincerely sorry for all the miscommunications you've had with us and the driver and we will make sure this never repeats in the future again.

Sorry not convinced with your reasoning. Unfortunately, none of your team member has accepted the mistake. It's not my fault if your team shared the details of Ertiga upon Sedan booking. When I raised the issue your executive has changed the details of the cab but if you noticed driver name and number was still same (This is clearly a security concern). That driver didn't discuss wrt extra charge for the extra space. He was not even had a cover for the luggage safety.
Lastly, I am not expecting any refund from you guys and already uninstalled your app.
