Cabbazar — No follow up for refund

I booked the cab from banglore airport to mysore.the booking was successfull and I paid the same of 646 rs. Later the driver asked for extra 500 rs then what was agreed while booking and refused pickup.After waiting for 45 mins I called customer care and explained entire situation and customer care executive after talking with driver twice cancelled the ride since I was getting late as driver did not appear for pick up.Later when I called customer care for refund they refused to refund saying that you cancelled the ride . How I am held responsible when driver refused to come at pickup location after wasting my 45 mins. Cabazar is complete fraudulent company whoever is reading that please be aware and consider twice before booking cab with them . they have this algorithm set of looting customers.
