Cabbazar — Refund

Cabbazar App was not working properly. App was not taking booking date and time correctly. I asked them to book on behalf of me.
They promised me the cab will reach at mentioned time. I was about to shift my whole house and after departure of goods truck, I had to move following that truck. But cab not arrived earlier. I called driver and he said that he have 2 drops pending and then he will come. It was already 7:30 pm and booking time was 06:30 pm. I had to reach before the goods truck at destination. When I called cab driver he was saying that I am stuck in traffic so can't reach and further he asked me to cancel.
I got completely shoked as there was no options at night for outstation. Somehow I managed another cab service with extra payment of 1500 Rs. (Total Cost : 4300 Rs).
If you have preplanned journey then no need to bear such cost. But cabbazar completely ignored this and I suffered because of that.
When I asked them about refund they denied and told me refund can only be in coupons.
