Since when we took Classic pride Ltd., membership it's just mental harassment from the company.
Absolutely no one supports you for the resort booking or agreed complimentary things (dinner/lunch etc.).
on 10th Oct23, we sent request for resort booking for 1st Dec'23, and no reply at all. Only after 10 times follow-up we got reply as 'we will update you soon', later after 10 days same response they gave ! Then they said they will send us resort options on 3rd Nov'23 (today), but still absolutely no reply from the company. Finally I had to call them and remind on this day, they just replied "we need to check, will revert to you soon". We are still waiting ...
