Classic Pride Pvt. Ltd. — travel agency fraud

Amount already refunded to the client because he is asking for refund without any service uses, There is no issue with the company if any issue with classic pride corporate services please visit in the office to meet with customer care department in the same office .

Useless and wretched outstation service. Have no outstation experience. We regretted paying Rs 20000.
Cheating in name of free. Don't go.for membership.
Simla, a free trip was a nightmare. Cannot go for abroad with these wretched group.

Please do not waste your hard earned money.
They called us by saying that we selected through lucky draw and We did the big mistake by enrolling into the holiday package.
After enrolment we faced many challenges
there are many hidden rules in the scheme, pathetic customer care service, not timely reply to calls and emails.
Due to this we canceled our membership and asked for 70% refund as per rules.
As per there first mail communication we should get our money back in 20-25 days.but we did not received the money after following up many times on call and email. Every time they had a new reason to delay the timeline.After some days they were not answering our calls also.
Finally we received our money after 2 months.
We are glad that we terminated the membership before its too late.

We have called many times but no response from anyone. I have cancelled my membership before 24 hrs get complete for registration . I have asked my full refund but saying we will give in this month in last week, again saying we will give in next month in 1st week means they are playing with minds of people.

My experience also bad. Totally fraud company.
