Clickjobs — inappropriate and illegal display of your company name

It has come to our attention that there is a negative forum post about our company in your website as per the link below:-

You have displayed our company name, as well as various negative remarks pertaining to our organization. Your website and forum claim to be the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum. Are you recognized by the Indian Government? What is official about your organization and related to the National Consumer Complaint Department of India? What is the official contact details and who is the right person in charge of your website?

Based on your anonymous user's comments, whether he/she is an actual client of ours or just a competitor with bad taste, he or she should be contacting us to resolve any matter. We have proper channels for our clients to resolve any problems they may face. Therefore, we would urge that you remove immediately such negative postings pertaining to our organization from unidentified 3rd parties on your particular website forums.

It is not in our interest to reply to posting on your forums made by unidentified 3rd parties and therefore we hope that common sense prevail as such behavior similar to trolling cannot be tolerated in any decent forum. Please take note we will hold https://www.consumercomplaints.in its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use, your user’s use and display of our company’s name in your site https://www.consumercomplaints.in.

Furthermore, we cannot understand the logic of this complaint been posted in a forum in India while we are located in Malaysia. It does not resolve anything.
