I had ordered a dress through club factory app on the date 05/06/2020 vide reference number so[protected] and payment was also done on the same day but till now i did not receive the product. Please resolve it as i want to get the return as soon as possible.
I had continuously sent mail to your support systems but didn't get any response from anyone. Please solve...

My order was cancelled after it reached customs and no refund initiated. Very bad!...

My orders were placed on 19th and 20th of july.
And they reached custom clearance in india.
However they just got cancelled automatically....

My 3 orders has stuck in customs clearance one order has been stuck in customs clearance since 1 month and 2nd is stuck since 30 july and 4th is stuck since 31st july please release my orders soon or inform me when will i get my order...

I have 2 orders in clubfactory and one of these is halfly refunded and one is automatically returned to wearhouse but there is no any refund till now since many months... So how can i get solution on that...?...

Refund not recived I ordered one dress but is damaged and I return it but refund is not revert back to my account and amount is Rs 456.17...

It's been more that a month now as the order which I placed last month and paid online is stuck at the custom clearance. There are no replies from the club factory app and no updates since then....

Still i didnt receive my refund still it completes 25days reaching the ware house...please provide my refund...
