(Mir shoes lover )shop is selling fake nike shoes openly telling it as first copy with proper branding and scan codes. Purchased Nike Invincible 2 for Nike Store at JIO Drive BKC mumbai on 18.11.2022. Shoe upper has started separating from the sole.
Shoe has been used normally and such problem is uncommon within a year purchase.

Want to replace, prepared to pay any reasonable extra amount if so required....

This incident is dated 14th July 2023, at DLF mall of india, noida, Nike Store, wherein we were told the difference between the shoes worn by us and the ones kept on display with the words "sir the ones you are wearing are of 5k and the ones on display are of 10 k, there's a huge difference."
Never expected Nike would train people this way with no basic values and way of talking, I had been a loyal customer of Nike but...

I got call from Nike for refund against my issue, but no further contact is made for bank details...

I was charged for no order on 2nd of February for Rs 8240, I paid using SBI Net banking . I had been contacting Nike customer care on regular basis and exchanging emails regarding same, they are the least helpful people only fooling me from 2 months delaying it by saying there financial team is not responding, Di Local team is not responding, it a money scam they are playing, they charged me with no order and now are not refunding my money...

It has been more than 2 months Rs 8240 got deducted from my bank account for no order placed, I’ve been mailing and contacting Nike on regular basis for same they are just lying and delaying my complaint regarding same . I demand full refund .
