Ajitha Gas Agency — WORST SERVICE,CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED MORE THAN A MONTH

Ajitha gas agency — Not responding to leakage of gas in the cylinder

Hello sir,

I am using INDANE cylinder for my house. Last few days I noticed there is a leak in my cylinder.So on monday(18/10/2010) I made a complaint to Ajitha agency who is supplying cylinder to me.A mechanic from the agency reported and checked the cylinder.he told to me that the pin in the cylinder is struck,so I will report to the agency & godown and will replace the leakage cylinder.After that today (21/10/2010) a delivery boy came with a new cylinder.But he is saying the cylinder has no weight so we will not replace it.But actually if we open the knob of the cylinder a strong gas with high pressure is comming out.Since I residing in aflat system,everyone is complaining about the leakage.If any thing serious accidents take place ,the agency & the indane gas is responsible.

I am facing this problem for the past four days.Agency is not replying to me properly & the delivery boy is talking too much that we have replced the empty cylinder, How is it possible ,with a problem of leakage.


please respond to this problem immediately & take necessary actions,otherwise I have to file a report in consummer court.

Supplier Mr.JOHN (one who delivers cylinders to home) i suppose he is CORRUPT and MISBEHAVING... No proper response...

To the Indian oil corporation

Pls check all the complaints daily and cancel the dealership of such irresponsible dealers immediately so that we public do not get affected by these irresponsible . And also have a good checking system where by u urself can find out such irresponsible even before the general public complaints to u about these .

I have seen so many complaints against Ajitha in this website and also I too having the same amount of experience on service and behavior of the employees.. The Indian oil should take action against such kind of distribution who are spoiling the service across the villivakkam areas.. Many of our residents have the issues for many years and still continue. I would request you all to raise your voice against this agency and also request you to post your complaint on Indian oil website in the feedback section column..

Worst service by the Agency as well as the supplierMr. John . Booking gas cylinders under different names without the knowledge of the customer and misusing it . Please save the residents of villivakkam by taking stern action against the erring individuals and the agencies
