I called up the callcenter and booked for service of the hob for KNOB REPLACEMNET, CLEANING AND REPLACE ALL THE WASHERS.
A service person turned up after 5 days and that happened only after repeated reminders .
The person did not have any spares to replace and went back without doing anything, promising to come on the next working day. He didnot turn up, when we called the call centre, they come back with the same reply of - HE WILL COME TOMORROW. GOD KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL REALY COMPLETE.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAD. WE ARE DETERMINED TO THROW AWAY THE FABER HOB, AND ADVICE ALL THE KNOWN PEOPLE TO NOT TO THINK OF FABER PRODUCT . Was this information helpful? |
