I ordered 6-8 product in this year, in this 3 products are found damaged while shipment, but then after i am not going to replace any of that projects. But last i purchased 104 pcs Drilled machine, its bag & some accessories are damaged, i am going to replace but same problem happen, last 26th Oct-2010 i shipped to Delhi through TNT couries, then i called today(2nd Nov-2010) but they(Pankaj Tiwari-HS Executive) told me still we dint received it… this is the service which they are giving….:)

Hi Guys,
I too had a very bad feeling on HS18. I placed an order for a bean bag on 1st july 11, Still iam waiting my product to deliver. when ever i call to customer care they keep me on hold and atlast they use tell to wait for 1 to 2 days. the same answer was giving from last week. even the supervisors are also also telling the same..
Plz find the below feedback which i given them.
[protected] – Very Very Bad in delivering the products.I had placed an order on July 1 and it was shipped on 5th and still 11 july.I ddnt received the product.Customer care people were always telling to wait for 24 to 48 hrs
[protected] – The same answer from customer care people.Agin and again asking me to wait for 1 to 2 days.they even not able to track the courier people.when i ask to cancel the order they r saying it will not possible.I even speak to floor supervisor but no use..

It would be wise not to order expensive electronic gadgets from any online shopping site as it is extremely easy to be deceived. online shopping sites are ideal for toys and other such gifts which do not involve any complications. I once ordered a WWE championship title belt and received the wrong design of the product altogether. The personnel in charge of shipping have proven themselves to be careless and irresponsible and from my personal experience I can definitely say that this so called award winning site is not completely trustworthy. However I immediately contacted the site on the day of receiving the wrong product and dispatched the product back to the concerned personnel of the site through TNT courier services at no extra cost. I was given a refund which was credited into my account the following week. I later ordered the product again which I am currently expecting. My experience with homeshop18 has caused me a lot of inconvenience and hence I advice all online shoppers to withhold themselves from ordering products of over rs 1500 from any online site.

i have pur MAXIS5-1DVD GM-Maxis 5.1 channel DVD Player with built in Amplifire as per order no-
[protected] dt-4/4/2009 but that material is very poor & dvd is not stard. i have compalin as recd dt at home shop-18 but not respone to me, DVD AS AI IS.
