[Resolved]  Indusind Bank Ltd — 420 BY STAFF

Dear Sir,
We M/s Navin art n crafts have already marked the complaint against the Indusind Bank Ltd. Jaipur Branch.we have current account in indusind bank a/c no. 0016-C[protected]. That account was opened by Mr. Abhishek Hazela (ARM) Indusind bank. after opening the current account Mr. Akshya Joshi (Tresary Head ,Jaipur), and Mr. Ankit Pareek (Area Head, Jaipur) visited my office and explain me that they are providing the profits by daily forward booking and cancellation without any undertaking. I have already explain him that we were not doing that much exports but they told they do not require anything other than fixed deposit of Rs. 4,10,000/- as a margin money.

After that they started doing forward booking and cancellations every day. And against this they need a stamp paper for contract booking and one more letter for the cancellation for every deal. but after some time I have booked profit and when I visited the branch than Mr. Manish Upadhaya (Operation) told that submit the documents for every contract and Mr. Anuj Dalal( RM) Indusind Bank, Jaipur came to my office and get the stamp paper and cancellation signed. He told that we as a bank do not require any underline invoice. When I have booked net profit of Rs. 40,000/- after booking loss of Rs. 65,000/-. I told Mr. Anuj Dalal to transfer the profit in my current account. and from that day He make me fool that we'll credit the amount today but his today never come from August'2011So, I told him to stop doing forward booking and cancellation in my account and refund the margin money.

Sir, When I collect the information regarding that I come to know that they charged Rs.65,000/-from my account. I am asking to give my profit they refuse to give.

This is total case of 420. I need you co operation to solve the issue. They also did 420 in the documents which I have given that
I visited bank for collecting the scan copy of the documents which was submitted at the time of contract booking and cancellation and found following things :-

1) That the invoice which was submitted not given by me and not signed by me (Cross check from fingerprint expert)
2) Stamp was also not of my company.
3) Consignee name was mention on all the invoices is Golden Stone INC In Sec-4, No2 11th FI # 8 we don't know who is the consignee and what is the address of the company.
4) How can be the freight & Insurance charges same for USD, EURO in all the invoices it is mentioned 263.40
5) Invoice no of all invoice’s serial no not matching with the date.

I am also have the copy of the Invoice in which you can find that this was made and signed by Mr. Anuj Dalala (RM) for doing his income only and Mr. Ankit Pareek and Akshay Joshi for getting the promotion are also the part of this they are also trying to make me fool and hiding the facts and misuse of my companies name.

If this thing happen with me than I am sure that still so many more customer's company are on problem because your employees are become the owner of the company and sign all the documents. You can do the audit of the documents and yourself find that the fraud done by your employees.

This shows the working of INDUSIND BANK and fraud done by his employees?????

I am totally disturb and no one is there to look in this matter . They all doing 420 with the customer's documents you do the verification and you come to know.

Sir, we are try every where we are mark complained in head office of indusind bank . banking obmustment . but banking obmbusdment telling me that complained not a ground of section 8(1) or 8(2).
