[Resolved] Mayajaal cinemas — Mayajaal cinemas Complaints - Money debited from my account ticket not booked

I tried booking 2 tickets in mayajaal cinema in ECR for seats A1,A2 for screen 9 for Rs.280 and at the end the amount got debited but the tickets didn't get booked.I tried calling their support no.27472860/65 but they didn't pick the callVery poor service.Let me see if registering a compliant here helps me or not.

After two repeateds mail to mayajaal team, my money got reimbursed after a month!

While entering mayajal .. entry said like it’s free for 15 mins . But when we corrsing the gate it 10 mins . But Ragunathan person in gate is collecting money even for that and using harsh words while coming out .

It’s worst service for that u may said we need to pay . We should have did some alternate .

Very worst service in treating
