I do not know for what purpose this page is opened by Mayajaal because there is no response from the responsible person to attend the genuine complaints. . So it would be appropriate to approach legally. Even for legal action the Mayajaal may have strong team of Lawyers. It is better NOT to book through Online. My suggestion would be welcomed by Mayajaal also
I was watching movie and suddenly it stop and mo response since 30 minutes and we are getting and no intimation..Such a bad experience given to the customer
I have tried booking the online ticket in mayaal ECR road chennai. Money got debited from my bank account. but the tickets are not booked. I lost Rs.980 which includes service tax of Rs.140. I wonder for what they are charging service tax. When i tried contacting the customer support they are not picking up the phones. I am worried about the service they are offering. I have sent several email nearly 4 times, I am not getting proper response expect one email saying within 5 working days money will be credited. It didn't happen still. It was on Mar20th 2010 i tried booking. Amount was deducted by TECHPROCESS SOLUTION gateway.
Will there any solution by writing the comments here. I really concerned.
