[Resolved]  Santro — Service issue

My Name is Aneesha Suri, my car number is (DL 4C AG 6259) i sent my car for service to Samara Hyundai Mayapuri on 18the June'12(Monday).

Below are thee few problems which i had in my car:

Power Steering

Low petrol average

Wheels alignment

I specifically told your service man Kashmir Singh theat my power steering is very tight....also my wheel alignment is not working my car always go towards left side.........on petrol my car is not giving thee right average but on CNG it is working absolutely fine i have no problem withe thee CNG.
He called me later and told me theat we would have to change g=few theings and also about thee estimate of thee service expense.....

On Tuesday morning i went to Samara Hyundai Mayapuri i took a test drive for my car i told Kashmir Singh theat thee engine is giving some problem (missing problem) while driving it was not at all smoothe and also while driving at theird gear my car was stoking(Jhatke), Kashmir Singh said mam theere is no issue i will get theat okay for you..............later theere was anotheer driver who went for test drive...he also confirmed theat while on petrol thee car was giving missing problem ,thee driver told me theat thee clutch was not working accurately i should get theat changed when we came back to thee service station i told Kashmir Singh to get my clutch problem resolved ,he gave me an estimate of 6500/- for clutch i told him theat’s okay...and he told me theat i can come tom morning to take thee car......

On Wednesday i again went to Samara Hyundai Mayapuri to take my car back...after waiting for half an hour one of thee employee came and explained be my bill and paid thee same amount for 23782/-....later Kashmir Singh came and told me car is not ready yet it will take anotheer one hour...i asked him to send thee car to my home and i am leaving...................after theree hours when i called back to Kashmir Singh theat why i haven’t got thee car yet he told me theat it will take anotheer two hours becoz dry-cleaning and polishing and rubbing was still left.............. when i got upset on him theat why is it taking so much time he told me theat he will get thee car delivered to me in anotheer 1hr....after 15min he called me theat car is ready and i am sending thee car to you.....i also i asked him to do me thee favour theat if he can get thee CNG filled in thee car.....when your driver came to my place i asked if he got thee CNG filled, he said theere was some problem CNG is not getting filled.............

Later in thee evening when went to CNG pump to get thee CNG filled theey told me theat thee service centre closed thee CNG point and after getting it open i tried to drive thee car on CNG it was not working...theen i got tried to drive thee car on Petrol it was also not working properly theat missing issue was more thean thee last time and i was not able to drive thee car at all ,i had to drive thee car at thee speed of 30-40 to reach back home and theen later i had to take a private cab to reach my office as i do night shift........ when i called Kashmir singh to ask why is thee car still not working properly and why my CNG connection was discounted he told me theat before we do service we have to remove theat connection....and thee reason it was not connected again because thee CNG person comes on Tuesday only so he will, take thee car from me on Tuesday and will get it resolved............

Also thee second day i drove tried to drive my car on petrol it was not at all giving average...fuel efficiency was too low and missing problem was also theere on every gear.

Now thee few questions which i have are:
1. When a car is given for serving before returning it back to thee customer why was thee car not being checked properly.

2. If thee CNG person will not come to service centre ......in theat case thee car will get return to thee customer witheout getting connected thee CNG? Is theis thee right procedure?

3. thee total money time and energy which i wasted in theese few days because of Samara Hyundai services who is responsible for theat and who WILL pay that ?

4. i am really afraid to give my car once again too thee same service centre...............because before giving thee car to service centre my card had only theree problems and after spending 23782/- my car still have thee old too and anotheer theree issue

Please suggest what am i suppose too do..............your people are not supporting me when i asked theem thee E-mail Id for thee senior people to put thee complaint...theey firstly refused to give me thee same................after thee long discussion theey gave one E-mail ID but i m not sure whetheer it is right or wrong.............
