Santro — Asking money for doing servicing

Dear Sir,
We would like to inform your good self that we had send Santro vehicle no.
CG 04 CF 5105 for engine tuning, door lock repairing etc. to your showroom on dated 20.07.2010. But we very much regret to inform your good self that we are not at all satisfied from your services. Your staff Mr. Malkan Singh is asking for money for doing the servicing and when we had denied to give money he informed us after 4 days (on 24.07.2010) that the door shaft has been damaged and we have to replace the same which will cost Rs. 4000/-. We are very much fed up, your staff had assured us to return us the vehicle within 7 days, but till date we had not receive our vehicle. When we are querying about the status of our vehicle they are misbehaving with us and are using abusive languages.
These types of behavior are not at all tolerable. Seeing the gravity of the situation you should take some serious steps against these, otherwise we have to inform the same matter to your upper level department.
