[Resolved]  Trishul Builder — Money is not returned

Address: Pune, Maharashtra

Hi,

I bought a flat from Trishul Builders in 2008 paying 2 Lakh as booking amount and rest of the money I was paying installments Rs.10000 per month. Builder couldn't build the building and he didn't return my money ,I gave them application for cancellation in 2011. Total money I paid is 3.9 Lakh. How shoulId get my money back.

Please help.

File fraud n harassment case against builder. Consult good lawyer. If you look for softer path you will never get the relief
