[Resolved]  Trishul Builder — Cancellation of Flat

Dear Sir,

I am Ashish Soni . Book 1 RK Flat with Trishul Builder in January 2009 ( Shaline Lake View ) . That time Rs. 50000/- Advance given to Builder. & than after start Installment of Rs.5000/- monthly. that time Builder commit that possisstion with in 18 month. but Till Date no any work will start by Builder & all other Project of Builder are stop by Goverment . In April 2011 i Submit Application of Cancellation to Builder that time Builder told that your Booking Amount & installment Amount Return to you with in 2 month. But after Six month of Submission of Cancellation foam Builder not Give the Amount & every day he told give me some more Time. So Kindly Give the Best Option.
