My Name is suvendu mukherjee the same thing happend with me . My sim card has been barred and the retailer in my area is giving false assurence every day . It is three days passed and it and customer care said it is lack of documents but I know it is actually the salesman Whose name is Mr Debasish Kandakar did not put the papers in time . Please take action against this scrupulous salesman otherwise your goodwill will be at stack .
