Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness?
Hi im Dr.Karthikeyan from Madipakkam. I wanted to book an apartment at DRA 90 degrees. Ms.Preethi was the sales manager we got impressed with her way of explains things. She clearly explained what is possible what is not possible. Everything was going well until we met the GM (Smitha). She came tried to convince us to book the apartment on the same day. We negotiated a price and agreed. We said we will give the cheque tomorrow as it was my wife's birthday. But when we went with the cheque the next day she suddenly increased the price by 6 lackhs saying some stupid reasons like the car parking was not available. We already knew the car parking is available as said by a sales representative on the same day. She (Smitha) knew that we are going to book the apartment for sure since its my wife's birthday she wanted to utilise this information and wanted to make money. We got offended by the way she wanted to cheat us so we dropped the project. Thanks to Smitha that we dropped the project now we are getting a better apartment at better cost.
I read the above comment from one of their customer on their Google Review page. Looks like DRA Home is a cheating like this. They should have some professionalism
Irresponsible answers from sales team. No single point contact. For each and everything we have to contact different commodity persons.
Totally un happy with DRA Homes customer relationship.
