I have booked flat in DRA delite, from day 1 I was askkng DRA team that 3 lakhs additional charge was not explained, sales team saif its for car parking but the same team said no charge for car parking. I am tired of explaining issues and facing additional problems with DRA. Its became like pay money to get problems instead of dream home I am gettjng bad dreams with problems I am facing with DRA. You can refer the picture of excel and see amount will not tally with base cost. I have categorized it as unauthorized charges as per RERA. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

This is to inform all that my issue stands resolved after having a face-to-face discussion. I have been clarified that the car parking is not an additional charge collected but the same comes along with the unit. The calculation clarification was obtained from the DRA team after having a direct discussion.
Hence my issue stands closed and happy to continuo with my booked unit with DRA Homes.
